On the history of social housing with land settlement

Missing Green (2013) is screening at the Prinzessinnengärten (Princess gardens) Berlin on August 10th as part of a curated film programme ‘On the history of social housing with land settlement’ with film makers Henri Storck and Ian Nesbitt – more info here – curator Florian Wuest. The Prinzessinnengärten began as a pilot project in the summer of 2009 at Moritzplatz in Berlin Kreuzberg, a site which had been a wasteland for over half a century. It is now helping locals to adapt to a future-oriented urban lifestyle.
